Unlike standard capsule machines that use a single extraction phase, the Blume Duet uses a two-stage brewing process:

💧 Step 1: Pre-Infusion / Blooming

The coffee is gently saturated before extraction, allowing the coffee to release more flavour and richness. This helps prepare the coffee for a more even extraction.

☕ Step 2: High-Pressure Extraction

The machine then applies 15+ bars of pressure to extract the coffee efficiently, helping create a richer coffee with enhanced flavour and crema.
