Refund policy

At Northern Fire and Outdoor, we strive to provide quality products and reliable service to all our customers.

Returns:
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items may not be returned:

• Used or discharged fire extinguishers
• Custom ordered items
• Clearance or sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds:
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Northern Fire and Outdoor reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
